When I tell you to undress to your level of comfort, know that you will always be draped appropriately by the sheet. No need to worry about how you look, we look at the body from a healthcare provider’s perspective! It is a safe, non-judgemental space focused on making you feel your best. If you’d like me to incorporate more stretching into your session, wear comfortable clothes that you can freely move around in.

I am happiest when my clients are fulfilled and making progress. I thrive in a rehabilitation and sports massage therapy setting, specializing in cupping therapy for myofascial release, and deep tissue techniques. This does not mean that my desk workers get any less love than the weekend warriors or tri-athletes. Deep tissue techniques do not equate to being more painful, so please do not be discouraged if you have had this experience in the past.

I do highly encourage consistent chiropractic care and acupuncture, which is why I work with the best at Montgomery Chiropractic. I will not pressure you to receive these services but ideally you’re a client who values them.
